The Grünstadter Riesling 'dry as a bone' is light yellow with green reflections in the glass. The aroma of citrus, grapefruit and lime as well as a hint of lemongrass is clearly perceptible. In addition to the distinctive citrus flavors, aromas of white peach, vineyard peach and green apple are paired with a racy minerality. The local wine was matured dry in stainless steel tanks and has almost no natural residual sweetness. Nevertheless, it is persistent with a harmonious finish.
