2022 Grüner Veltliner "Church garden"

The highest vineyard in Hohenwarth is located right next to the over 1000-year-old church. The slightly cooler climate and the special sandstone soil, the only vineyard on the SETZER estate with this type of soil, produce a special Weinviertel DAC Reserve. Floral notes with hints of roses, a hint of ripe mango and an astringent finish.

Recommendation: Enjoy the wine well chilled at 10 degrees Celsius. It is a great accompaniment to dishes with roasted poultry, creamy risotto, veal medallions with asparagus or pasta dishes with prawns. We recommend enjoying this wine young!
