The sound of wine - where skill becomes art, pleasure is not far away". Matthias Reckendorfer's philosophy follows the theme of "music on the palate", which is immediately recognizable from the labels with soundtracks. The musical family has expressed its love of music through the creative label design with the illustrated Kaiser Waltz by Johann Strauss Sohn. Matthias composes wines that are a joy to drink, from the Weinviertel DAC to the Maestoso sparkling wine, a multi-layered Blanc de Blancs that has been allowed to mature on the fine lees for over 20 months. He has a special fondness for his "Spargelphilharmonie" Pino Blanc and his "Papagena" Muscat, as these two wines were his first independent compositions, which he was allowed to accompany from the very beginning. The winery has been "Nachhaltig Austria" certified since spring 2021 and is also in the process of converting to organic farming.
