2022 Grosset Alea Riesling BIO

The 2022 Alea is a landmark vintage from Grosset: complex, taut, pure and balanced. The unique characteristics of the Alea vineyard have been superbly captured through a European viticultural approach. Its aromas of lemon and lime are seductive. These are underscored by an intense palate that displays both finesse and power, and a long and satisfying chalky finish.

Recommendation: Serve this wine at 8-10 degrees Celsius. Goes very well with crisp salads, fine starters with game birds, fish dishes or roasted veal fillet, risotto with truffles and grilled seafood.
