On the nose, the wine presents a cool mineral bouquet, ripe yellow fruit, fine yeasty notes and a lively citrus touch. On the palate, it is spicy, very precise and densely structured with Burgundian finesse.
Recommendation: Serve decanted at 18 degrees Celsius. Goes very well with dishes with roasted dark meat, game birds, fillet of beef in red wine sauce with celeriac puree or hearty braised meat. A mature cheese goes just as well with it.
