2022 Gewürztraminer les Princes Abbés

Golden yellow, shiny in the glass. The bouquet is intense, wonderfully fresh aromas of rose petals and papaya, candied fruit and floral notes with fine spice, a little black pepper. A wine with smoothness, freshness, fine acidity, very typical of the variety, balanced and racy.

Recommendation: Serve slightly chilled at 10 degrees Celsius with gratinated oysters, terrine of goose liver with brioche and mild blue cheese. We recommend enjoying this wine until 2028.
