2020 FSW 8B Botrytis Viognier noble sweet 0.375l

The wine has a pale golden color. Aromas of intense honeysuckle, musk and vanilla with notes of lemon thyme and ginger. The palate, with high residual sugar, is long and lush with opulent flavors of stone fruit and spice. The balance is perfect, finely balanced between sweetness and acidity with an unforgettable, long-lasting finish.

Recommendation: Well chilled at 10 degrees Celsius, it is a wonderful partner to spicy cheeses such as blue cheese, Munster or Gorgonzola and goose liver. Of course, it is ideal with desserts such as pastries or soufflés. It is a wonderful sweet wine with very long ageing potential, 15 years+.
