2023 Feudo Arancio Tinchitè Rosato

This wine is made from grapes from our vineyards in the south-eastern Sicilian provinces of Ragusa and Agrigento. The grapes are harvested between mid and late August and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place on selected yeasts at 16-18 degrees for 7-9 days. Color: Salmon red / orange. Bouquet: Aromas of raspberry and red currant on the nose. Expressive and floral fragrance. Taste: A light, fresh rosé with floral flavors.

Recommendation: The wine goes perfectly with smoked trout, raw tuna or fresh cheese.
