2023 Feudo Arancio Tinchitè Grillo

This wine is made from grapes from our vineyards in the south-eastern Sicilian provinces of Ragusa and Agrigento. The grapes are harvested between mid and late August and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place on selected yeasts at 16-18 degrees for 7-9 days. Color: Golden yellow Bouquet: Expressive, fruity aromas of mango and peach on the nose. Taste: Slight sweetness, tangy acidity and intense fruit

Recommendation: We recommend serving this wine with prawns, white cultured cheese or fresh cheese.
