2023 Feudo Arancio Rosato

The Rosato is produced exclusively from Nero d'Avola grapes from hilly vineyards in the area around Agrigento and Ragusa. Only grapes cultivated at 200 to 300 meters above sea level are used. As a medium-early ripening grape variety, the grapes are harvested in the first week of September, destemmed and cooled at 12 degrees. After 8-10 hours, the must is extracted and fermented at 16-18 degrees with selected yeasts. This is followed by filtration, stabilization and bottling. Color: Bright pink-red with light violet reflections Bouquet: Nuances of sour cherry, raspberry. Taste: Dry, fresh and pleasant.

Recommendation: An excellent accompaniment to seafood and the perfect terrace wine.
