2023 Feudo Arancio Inzolia

Inzolia is a white grape variety. It prefers loose, sandy soils in Sicily to produce elegant, fruity wines. The grapes are harvested in the second week of September. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures of 18 degrees and ageing on the lees for approx. 4 months. Color: Straw yellow. Bouquet: Fruity, with hints of pear, apricot and peach. Taste: Intense, fruity taste with a hint of vanilla, harmonious and elegant.

Recommendation: Goes well with seafood, mussels, grilled calamari or tuna.
