2023 Feudo Arancio Grillo

The indigenous Grillo grape variety is one of the most widely cultivated white grape varieties in Sicily. The grapes for Feudo Arancio Grillo are harvested with the utmost care. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (18 degrees) for 10 days. Color: strong straw yellow Bouquet: the varietal aroma is reminiscent of tropical fruit (mango, papaya) and jasmine. Taste: full-bodied wine, fruity and a hint of citrus fruit on the finish. Harmonious and balanced.

Recommendation: Excellent with seafood, pasta dishes with vegetables, white meat and fish.
