The dark, ruby red color is characteristic of the Fairview Sweet Red, as it is made from the Petite Sirah, Tempranillo and Souzão grape varieties, which create a great interplay of aromas. A tantalizing aroma unfolds in the glass. Sun-ripened plums and a fascinating blend of spices take center stage, lending depth and complexity to the red wine cuvée. Notes of raisins with a sweet hint of candied berry nuances pamper the palate and ensure a balanced taste. You should definitely not miss out on this pleasure experience and should therefore try the dessert wine, which is refined with brandy and matured in oak for twelve months, on its own.
