Dark purple-ruby, full, ripe berry fruit, ripe, strong tannins, powerful, juicy and long on the palate, perfect drinking pleasure but also potential for further maturation
Recommendation: Serve decanted at 18 degrees Celsius. Goes very well with dishes with roasted dark meat, game birds, fillet of beef in red wine sauce with celeriac puree or hearty braised meat. A mature cheese goes just as well with it.
