2022 Eden Valley Chardonnay

The Eden Valley Chardonnay from Yalumba is a white wine full of fresh aromas. Pale straw yellow with green reflections in the glass, the nose is filled with aromas of figs, grapefruit, peaches and almond tart. With a little air in the glass, a more complex aroma unfolds with cheese rind, toast and flint. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate with freshness and minerality, supported by a fine acid structure and a long-lasting finish. A real pleasure!

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 9 degrees Celsius, it is a great accompaniment to fried fish or poultry, seafood as well as hearty snack platters and medium-strong cheeses. We recommend enjoying this wine until 2026.
