Bright rosé, shiny in the glass. The wine presents itself with aromas of raspberries, red currants and some gooseberries. On the palate it is spicy, fresh, with crisp acidity and lots of fruit.
Recommendation: Serve well chilled at 9-10 degrees Celsius as an aperitif, with light salads, grilled fish and fresh goat's cheese. We recommend drinking the wine young.
