2011 Don Maximiano

Intense purple with ruby reflections, fascinating aromas of blackberries, dark fruits such as blueberries, currants, licorice, some dried fruit and notes of cedar wood, powerful and juicy on the palate, balanced perfection between tannins and acidity. A great wine with ageing potential!

Recommendation: Serve with Provençal lamb ribs coated in parmesan, grilled ostrich meat or beef fillet coated in herbs or mild cheese. We recommend decanting this wine when it is young. Depending on how it is stored, it will remain at the top level until at least 2024.
