The Salm combines the power of Merlot (30 percent) with the finesse of Pinot Noir (70 percent). The 18-month maturation in small barriques and large barrels gives it a balanced structure with fine tannins. The berry fruits of Pinot Noir harmonize perfectly with the melting texture and power of Merlot.
