2019 Dehesa la Granja Tinto

The wine has a clear, bright ruby red color. Very intense aromas on the nose with red berry fruits such as cherries coming to the fore together with roasted notes and roasted coffee beans. A fruity and tasty attack on the palate, followed by notes of licorice and roasted aromas such as toffee and vanilla. Good acidity with tannins that add volume and a long finish in which the intense red berry fruit flavors come through well. The oak is very well integrated and offers subtle notes of vanilla and toasted aromas, which are characteristic of a wine matured in American oak.

Recommendation: Serve at 14 to 16 degrees Celsius. This wine goes well with rice dishes, grilled meat, red fish, cheese and chocolate.
