The Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot parcels are located in the Goldberg at around 160 meters above sea level. Cabernet Sauvignon is located in Burgweg at around 150 meters above sea level. Relatively firm, woody, spicy, peppery and tobacco aromas of preserved blackcurrants, blueberries, black berries and tar as well as sweetish, spicy nuances.
Recommendation: Serve this wine at 17-18 degrees Celsius. Goes perfectly with game dishes, roasts or cheese platters. Enjoy this wine until 2031.
