The Cuvée Heroine FUNDAMENT is a tribute to St. Margaret, who, according to history, saved an entire village from a dragon. She remains a true heroine for the village to this day. This is how the name for this white wine cuvée made from Chardonnay, Kerner, Ortega, Traminer, Rieslaner, Muscat and Faber came about.
In the glass, the white wine is light yellow with sparkling reflections. On the nose, aromas of a fruit salad with oranges, nectarines, apples, pears and a certain freshness. A well-integrated acidity structure with light minerality on the palate. Delicious on its own or with asparagus or salad. Wonderful drinking flow!
