The color is an intense garnet red. In its youth, this wine has strong aromas of blackcurrant. Over time, the fruit aromas gradually fade, giving way to notes of pepper and licorice. On the palate, it is structured and has the strong aromas typical of this terroir.

Recommended with: mixed grills, wild mushrooms, game (which can be served with spicy sauces). This wine needs at least 3 years of ageing before it can develop its complexity. If it is stored for longer, the wine should be decanted before serving.
