2022 Coribante Rosso Salento

The Castello Monaci Coribante Rosso Salento is a full-bodied blend of Syrah and Malvasia and is matured in oak barrels for 12 months using a proportion of dried grapes. As a result, it is particularly soft, complex and aromatic with little tannin in the glass. Intense red to violet color. Predominantly fruity aromas such as cherry, raspberry and elderflower. The fruity and slightly mineral taste is surprising on the palate.

Recommendation: Goes perfectly with eggplant casserole with Parmesan cheese, pasta with vegetables, meatballs in sauce, mature cheese, grilled red meat.
