Lo Chiamavano Trinità, as this special Sangiovese is called, is made from a careful selection of the best grapes from the Zingarelli family's SantÆ Alfonso and Le Macìe vineyards. It matures for 18 months in French oak barrels. A ruby red wine, turning garnet with age. The nose is rich, intense and fine with a variety of aromas. Warm, powerful and elegant on the palate with a persistent flavor.
Recommendation: This wine meets all the criteria for long-term ageing and is the ideal accompaniment to hearty sauces, game dishes and strong cheeses. Optimal drinking maturity until 2043. Serving temperature 18-21 degrees Celsius.
