Brilliant purple with cherry red reflections. A delightful fruitiness leaps from the glass. A veritable fruit basket of red and black berries, red cherries, plums and red apple, accompanied by subtle roasted notes. Grapey and fresh on the palate, with subtle acidity and explosive fruit flavors supported by fine barrique toasting.

Recommendation: Recommended serving temperature at 12 to 14 degrees Celsius. This is a medium-maturing wine that is ideal for drinking over the next 10 years. Decant it 30 minutes before serving to aerate it. Ideal with grilled meat, carpaccio, roast lamb, chuletillas al sarmiento, roast suckling pig and sliced cheese.
