2021 Chardonnay

Medium yellow with golden reflections, shiny in the glass. The Chardonnay impresses with its intense aroma of lemon blossom, apricots and a hint of crême brulée. On the palate, the wine is rich and complex with a long finish. The fine acidity underpins the rich, fresh fruit notes and gives the wine a remarkable elegance. An excellent Chardonnay from New Zealand!

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 10-12 degrees Celsius, preferably in large wine glasses, as this allows the many aromas to develop best. The wine goes very well with fried fish dishes, e.g. fried sole with creamy porcini mushroom risotto, as well as white meat and medium-strong cheeses. Optimal drinking maturity until 2027.
