2021 Cava Stars Brut Reserva

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Bright and clean. The generous stream of fine bubbles forms a perfect crown. The nose is clean, with fruity notes and clear notes of ageing. Ripe fruit flavors with a hint of dried fruit dried fruit on the finish, well balanced. Long, tasty and powerful on the palate.

Recommendation: Ideal as an aperitif and with seafood, fish, meat and some fresh cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 6-8 degrees Celsius.
