Dark ruby red in the glass, bright. The bouquet is fruity, with aromas of ripe cassis, morello cherries, pepper, dark chocolate and eucalyptus. On the palate, this Merlot is round and juicy, with a balanced acid structure, fine herbal spice and medium length. An uncomplicated wine that is great fun to drink.
Recommendation: Serve at 16 degrees Celsius, goes well with braised meat, pasta and pizza, but also with spicy cheese. We recommend enjoying the wine young.
