2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Private Reserve

The Beringer Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon shines deep dark in the glass. The nose of the red wine has an intense aroma of berries, elderberries and blackcurrants. In the background, there are flattering notes of peppermint and wood. On the palate, the concentrated power of the fruit core comes to the fore. The Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has a highly complex and powerful body that integrates the tannins firmly but gently. The aromas increase towards the finish and are dominated by spicy notes and fruity berry accents. A grandiose taste experience with a long finish.

Recommendation: This wine deserves an appropriate menu to accompany it. We recommend the Cabernet Sauvignon Private Reserve at the right temperature and decanted with hearty meat dishes such as braised beef with cranberry jus with green beans and Parmesan rösti gnocchi.
