2019 Cabernet Franc Andeluna Pasionado

This grandiose wine made from 100% Cabernet Franc is quite unique, as pure Cabernet Franc wines are very rarely produced. Deep red, intense color in the glass. Expansive, dense bouquet of black cherries, blackberries, currants, pepper, chocolate and a fine woody note. Impressive structure and depth on the palate, full, fresh fruit aromas, soft tannins and a long finish. Very exciting!

Recommendation: Serve decanted at 16-18 degrees Celsius, goes perfectly with game dishes, fillet of beef or ostrich meat as well as mature hard cheese. Optimal drinking maturity now-2030.
