A Brut for connoisseurs! Delicate mineral nose with citrus notes and hints of hay and herbs. On the palate, the sparkling wine presents itself with a delicate mousseaux, aromas of toasted white bread and delicate fruit on the fresh finish.

Recommendation: Serve well chilled at 8 degrees Celsius as an aperitif or for a nice evening with friends. It also goes very well with light starters, canapés with cream cheese and smoked salmon, light air-dried ham or ripe strawberries.
