The Moselle is our home. Our wines are delicate, fruity and moderate in alcohol content - ideal to enjoy.
True to the motto "Great wines are created in the vineyard", we cultivate steep and steeply sloping sites on the Middle Moselle, mainly with Riesling, but also with Kerner and Pinot Blanc.
We use environmentally friendly and sustainable methods to preserve our cultural landscape. The grapes are harvested by hand in the fall and gently pressed in our press house. The musts ferment in traditional oak barrels in a naturally cooled cellar. Patience is crucial for us - be it in the ripening of the grapes, the fermentation of the musts or the ageing of the wines. This is how we manage to produce unique and high-quality wines 365 days a year.
