Bellavista Alma Grande Cuvée Brut 1.5L

This cuvée represents the essence of Franciacorta and the harmony of Bellavista's own Franciacorta method. It consists mainly of Chardonnay, followed by Pinot Nero and a small proportion of Pinot Bianco. Blending is carried out expertly in the winery on the basis of numerous vintage selections and some reserve wines from previous vintages, which represent an indispensable treasure for preserving the house style over the years. Another decisive factor is the fermentation and ageing of the base wines in small white oak barrels, which contribute to the intensity and complexity. The color of the wine is straw yellow with green reflections, the perlage is fine and continuous. The rich and captivating bouquet unfolds from ripe fruit to fresh flowers and notes of vanilla and patisserie. The palate is spicy and balanced, fresh and dynamic and matches the aromas on the nose. The finish is long and harmonious.
