The fully ripe and mostly shrivelled grapes come exclusively from our Rotgipfler/Zierfandler vineyards in Pfaffstätten. The grapes are carefully harvested and then gently processed by hand. This wine is matured exclusively in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the varietal fruitiness and guarantee drinking pleasure. Typical of our sweet wines is a rather high acidity, which makes them a pleasure to drink.

The Thermenregion is one of the oldest wine-growing regions in Austria and is located 30 km south of Vienna in Lower Austria. The region is influenced by the Pannonian climate. Typical of this are hot summers, dry weather in the fall and cooler winters.
Two different soil types form the basis for full-bodied red wines and finesse-rich white wines.
