Super beautiful, calming aroma: ripe pome fruit, sesame, chamomile, some citrus, light nougat, honeycomb, enormously vertical and with depth on the palate, chalky grip, greenish-spicy undertones, sesame again, light salted almond, racy citrus fruit, incredibly animating acidity.
Recommendation: Serve chilled at 9-10 degrees Celsius as an aperitif, goes well with light starters, salads with roasted nuts and fried mushrooms, asparagus dishes, fried fish or fine poultry.
