In Muscadet, we have a unique grape variety, the Melon de Bourgogne. A typical variety that leaves plenty of room for the expression of the terroir. This is also the case here, with unmistakable hints of fresh hay, a beautiful saltiness and elegantly restrained fruit, which makes this wine an ideal accompaniment to seafood, mussels and oysters.
