From the single vineyard Is Argiolas in the municipality of Selegas (the first Vermentino vines planted by Antonio Argiolas in the south of Sardinia in the 70's), careful grape selection, very gentle pressing with pure use of the pre-must. Cooling to 10-12€C with natural decanting. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16-17°C for 25-30 days. Aged on the fine lees for 40-60 days. Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aromas of yellow fruit and almonds on the nose.
