Some would probably describe the Grand Blanc as traditional, but it is certainly not outdated. A wine with an incredible density of flavor and complexity. The vineyards are flooded for four weeks every spring to retain the high salt content in the soil, which dates back to ancient times when there was a salt lake here. And you can still detect this spiciness in the glass.
