Straw yellow with light green reflections. Fresh and dry, spicy, with a pleasantly delicate and fine note. Careful selection of the grapes, very light pressing using only first-pressed wine. Cooling to 10-12 degrees Celsius with natural settling. Fermentation at 16-18 degrees Celsius for about 20 days. Storage at a controlled temperature with short maturation on the fine lees.
