The wine is pale salmon-colored with delicate violet nuances. Aroma: fresh, floral, delicate and balanced. Brezza Rosato is reminiscent of rose, wisteria and star anise with a fruity note (raspberry and sour cherry) on the finish. Taste: fresh with an elegant minerality. Brezza Rosato has a spicy finish and a soft aftertaste due to the unfinished fermentation.
