In contrast to many rosés from Lake Garda, which are a "by-product" of the production of red wines, according to DOC rules, Chiaretto must be made purely from a shortened maceration and subsequent pressing of red grapes. Gorgo strikes a balance here between young, uncomplicated lightness and full cherry and berry aromas. One of the best drinks for summer evenings that simply spreads a good mood.
