2023 Back to Silence Lugana

The grapes come from small plots of our own vineyards located in the areas best suited to the designation of origin in the municipalities of San Benedetto di Lugana, Sirmione, Pozzolengo and Desenzano del Garda. The grapes are harvested and selected entirely by hand and collected in small 17 kg crates. Late harvest in October. Vinification with long maceration on the skins for at least 20 to 30 days and fermentation in amphora. Intense golden color with orange nuances. Full and complex bouquet with clear hints of citrus fruit, yellow fruit and elegant smoky and sulphurous notes. Fine and elegant on the palate with notes of citrus fruit, orange, grapefruit and nuances of lime.
