Originally used for its acidity and productivity, Carricante is probably one of the most interesting grape varieties today, with many facets still to be discovered. Minerality, sulphurous notes, hints of hydrocarbons with anamento. It is an expression of the verticality of volcanic wines. A wine that reflects the nature of the land it comes from, Mount Etna.
