2022 Rosé South Tyrol

This rosé is characterized by the freshness and aroma of a white wine and the fruity juiciness and delicate spiciness of a fresh red wine. Very clear, intensely bright color. Harmonious on the palate with a fresh acidity. Soils: Clay and gravel soils. The destemmed grapes are fermented for 1 day and then pressed. As a result, the coloring substances contained in the grape skins are only partially released into the must and the wine retains its typical color.
