2022 Pinot Grigio Trentino

Pinot Gris, or Pinot Grigio as it is known in Italy, is an all-rounder. Not too heavy, but also not too delicate, it is suitable for a wide variety of occasions. For a glass between meals as well as a fine accompaniment to a meal. The Von Cembra is characterized by its cool, fresh aroma and finesse. The high altitude vineyards in the Dolomites allow for a wonderful, delicate play of acidity and full fruit at the same time due to the high day/night temperature difference.
