2022 Iselis Bianco Nasco di Cagliari secco

The Iselis Bianco is cold macerated, followed by gentle pressing, natural decanting, fermentation with temperature control and approx. 60 days on the fine lees. A small proportion of must is fermented and matured in small French oak barrels. The wine is straw yellow in color. It has a rich and harmonious bouquet with notes of yellow flowers, tropical fruit and a light musky background. The palate is soft and supple, the aromas of the fragrance return on the palate, the finish is very long and pleasantly lingering.
