Among the autochthonous grape varieties, the Inzolia grape tells of typical Mediterranean aromas such as almonds and orange blossom. This migratory grape variety is very common around the Mediterranean. For the wines of Tenuta Sallier de la Tour, it grows in the picturesque vineyards of Monreale near Palermo. This fruity, hand-picked wine exudes typical Sicilian citrus notes, a hint of walnut and hints of green grass in the glass.
