2022 Enate Chardonnay DO Barrique

Intense, full-bodied, complex aromas of pineapple, papaya, grapefruit and hazelnut, refreshing acidity, delicate vanilla note, very long.

Only the free-run must is used for the wines, which are then fermented in French barriques for around 20 months. The result is highly concentrated wines with plenty of volume, density and complexity.
Once you stand in these vineyards, directly on the Planacour Plateau next to the village of Salas Bajas, you will understand the uniqueness of the wines: The perpetual breeze, the soft rustling of the leaves, the tracks of wild animals and the calming silence cast a spell over every visitor.
