2022 Chardonnay Trentino DOC

Chardonnay is often boring and insignificant, but this is by no means the case with the Cembra Trentino DOC Chardonnay. The high altitude of the vineyards gives it a fine minerality and almost a slight saltiness. It is not at all "broad", as many of its peers are known to be, but almost playfully light and cheerful, without denying the juiciness of the grape variety. A perfect all-rounder that goes well with many dishes or can simply accompany an entire evening in a relaxed manner.
