2022 Braide Alte Bianco delle Venezie

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand in crates, with cold maceration in a horizontal press for eight hours and subsequent purification of the must by decanting. Fermentation takes place in new Allier barriques at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C. After fermentation, the resulting product is not bottled and is then aged for around eight months in the same vats, while being kept at a constant temperature. At the end of this period, the final assembly takes place, followed by bottling and a further long ageing in the bottle before the wine begins to be marketed. Intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is intense, rich, with spicy notes. In the mouth it is warm, enveloping, with great structure, elegance and complexity, it evolves in the glass as the temperature changes.
